Chad is an absolute legend! I lost the key to the 2010 Odyssey in a lake. Yes I’m an idiot. Called maybe 6 locksmiths with no luck. The good lord helped me find this place. He was here in 3 hours, Which is incredible since I was deep in the Tetons. He had me a new key made and car programmed in minutes. Could not recommend him

We discovered that the lock on our store door wasn’t working. Jim answered the call with incredible speed, and after analyzing photos of the problem, arrived on site within an hour and skillfully fixed the issue.

Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he found time for our emergency. He also explained the cause of the malfunction and gave us some helpful advice.

We are very pleased with his professionalism and friendliness.

From the woman who answered the phone to the gentleman who rescued my keys, I had wonderful service. My keys were locked inside my vehicle, so I started at the top of the list calling people. The first call I made, I was told I’d be waiting at least an hour, and then when this other business asked what type of vehicle I drove he said “Its not worth my time and money to try to get into a BMW, I don’t do those.” and hung up. I called The Lock Shop next, was greeted with a bright, sweet voice and they had someone there within 10 minutes. My car was tricky to get into but he didn’t give up and was very kind the entire time. I hope to never need their services again, but after the terrible day I had, and the kindness they showed, I will sing all the praises!

This was the best experience we have had with a locksmith. High Desert went above and beyond to help us make keys for our 4 wheelers on a Sunday. So very helpful and kind, would recommend to anyone needing keys.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, such kind people. Cindy and Gary were very good at communicating. My Nissan had problems with a loose wire where they plug in the program, and they came back multiple times trying and was able to get it reprogrammed. And they offered to pay LESS then a dealership, on top of coming to your location and not towing it is a plus! Thank you guys and I will for sure recommend you guys to anyone!
