Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. I'm very pleased with my new key for my 2012 Fiat 500. I thought it was nearly impossible but they had keys in stock and did it fast. Very responsive to emails, etc. Great company to deal with. Way better than the dealerships.

Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well. Todd was an absolute professional and expert in his field. I called 7 different local key shops an not one was even willing to try and help. Todd was about to squeeze me in last minute and get me taken care of in under 30 minutes even on an old motorcycle lock tumbler. He absolutely saved my trip.
