Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. I'm very pleased with my new key for my 2012 Fiat 500. I thought it was nearly impossible but they had keys in stock and did it fast. Very responsive to emails, etc. Great company to deal with. Way better than the dealerships.

Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. He also was very accommodating for our specific issue. We will definitely use his service if we have problems in the future and will refer him to friends who are in need of a locksmith as well. We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. Way cheaper than roadside assistance. You guys rock!

Didn't have key for garage and it got locked. Called and within 40 minutes he was at the house, 15 minutes later he had door open and made it to where my new house key fit that door now, and made me 2 new keys for it. Quick, friendly, had no issues.

Purchased 8 copies of my house keys, only received 6 of the 8. Not likely to use this service again. Would have been cheaper and guaranteed receiving what I paid for had I went through the store instead of self service at this kiosk.
