My lock smith who dubbed himself as the “Dumb bald headed guy” was absolutely fantastic so I prefer to call him Jeff. Jeff was incredibly professional and offered the best advice to a new homeowner who had zero knowledge on locks. With his superior humor and his swift hands he made what seemed like a hefty and troublesome job super easy. 10/10 service and will always be invited to the cookout! I will be a repeat client when I’m in need of another locksmith!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Pacific Lock & Key enough! I was having an issue with not being able to lock my car doors, and whenever I locked myself out, I had to use airbag tools to get back in. Every time I did, my car alarm would start blaring, which was extremely frustrating. I explained my situation to Valeny and let him know I was struggling financially. He was incredibly understanding and offered me a payment plan. He sent me an application, I was approved right away, and the down payment was very affordable. As soon as I made the payment, he arrived super fast. Valeny was professional, friendly, and quickly made me a new key fob. Not only did he make the key fob, but he also fixed the issue with my alarm so I won’t have to deal with that problem again. Now I can lock my doors properly and have peace of mind knowing I won’t get locked out without a solution. The service was fast, affordable, and exactly what I needed during a tough time. If you’re looking for an understanding, reliable, and reasonably priced locksmith, definitely give Pacific Lock & Key a call. I’m so glad I found them, and they will be my first and only call if I ever need a locksmith again!

Very fast and efficient, drove over and unlocked my car quickly. However, also overpriced - was $280 for opening my car door with my keys locked inside "without damage," and a hidden $50 "service" charge on top that was not mentioned prior to payment, for $330 total. It was $220 to unlock the car "with damage," which seemed to me to be a tactic to drive up the price because unlocking the car without damage took at most 2 minutes. None of the prices were discussed on the phone, only when he had already arrived. He did replace the battery of my key fob for free though.

We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. Way cheaper than roadside assistance. You guys rock!

24/7 service my ass. I work overnights, and managed to accidentally lock myself out of my car. I tried to get ahold of VL&S's on-call locksmith repeatedly, but nobody answered, and as of writing this review it's been over three hours with no response to any of the the voicemails I left. Can't speak to their other services, but if you find yourself in a similar pickle to the one I was in and need service after hours, don't count on getting a response from this company.
