⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t recommend Pacific Lock & Key enough! I was having an issue with not being able to lock my car doors, and whenever I locked myself out, I had to use airbag tools to get back in. Every time I did, my car alarm would start blaring, which was extremely frustrating. I explained my situation to Valeny and let him know I was struggling financially. He was incredibly understanding and offered me a payment plan. He sent me an application, I was approved right away, and the down payment was very affordable. As soon as I made the payment, he arrived super fast. Valeny was professional, friendly, and quickly made me a new key fob. Not only did he make the key fob, but he also fixed the issue with my alarm so I won’t have to deal with that problem again. Now I can lock my doors properly and have peace of mind knowing I won’t get locked out without a solution. The service was fast, affordable, and exactly what I needed during a tough time. If you’re looking for an understanding, reliable, and reasonably priced locksmith, definitely give Pacific Lock & Key a call. I’m so glad I found them, and they will be my first and only call if I ever need a locksmith again!

Yeter made a second key for my Honda Pilot and did a great job. He was very nice, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about what he was doing. The process was smooth and quick. Highly recommend his service!

Had a rough week losing my personal set of keys. I called this morning and he was able to come by later in the day and not only make a new one but made sure I had an extra one. I lost my key and they were able to make another one for me in about 15-20 minutes once they got there so very quick. They did come out on a Sunday and it was 101 degrees out so they’re willing to help out when ur really stuck in a bind. The tech coming out will call and msg you with updates on how far away they are to keep you in the loop. And speaking on the phone with customer service they are very polite and try to help with an issue you might have.

Josh at “Rock The Lock” was absolutely awesome to work with. Fair pricing, great customer service, solid communication, and super fast service from start to finish. We locked our keys in our truck before work, never a good way to start your morning. Called and they had someone out in 30 minutes. Though we had a rough morning we got quick and hospitable service that definitely turned out day around. We appreciated the service and would recommend to anyone in the area. Way cheaper than roadside assistance. You guys rock!

Tbh im way late to make this review even though i never got their service and im not sure if this place got any better over the years.. But 2 years ago i lost both sets of keys to my mustang and when i went inside their store they were rude to me for no reason and told me i had to have my registration up to date and a title just for a key and it would cost $500 which i understand why they needed the title but anything more is ridiculous plus my registration card was expired or missing so i just ended up never getting a key from this place!! So my car has sat in my yard for 2 years without any keys and its a brand new mustang and i finally found a locksmith that wasnt rude, that was way cheaper, that drove out to me, and didnt require all of the crap they did just for a single key! plus the fact that Mr. K lock and key had to drive from moffat to me and still charged me way less than this place that isnt even 5 miles away tells me everything i needed to know!! yeah the bad reviews dont lie and i dont regret waiting all this time either.. i rather wait years than to ever go to this place after that rude interaction!

I can’t recommend Bend Lock & Safe enough! After accidentally locking my 1-year-old in the car, they arrived less than 10 minutes after I called and had him safely out in no time. They didn’t even charge me for the service. During a stressful situation, their kindness, professionalism, and quick response meant everything. They’ll be my first call for any future locksmith needs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.

My key fob was broken, which caused me to lose my key. I called this shop to explain my issue. Instead of trying to get extra money from me, they offered me cheaper options and explained how I could find my key code. When I arrived at their shop, I was greeted nicely and received good service. The price was very reasonable. Overall good experience would come back again in the future.

Tim and his wife are two of the kindest business owners in Salem with out a doubt. Advice never comes with a price. Down to earth people. Very humble. In their outgoing telephone message, they explain how they operate. Their main focus is on the people in their shop needing key work. They don’t answer the phone and encourage you to come into the shop if you need things done. It is an old fashoned way to do business and I admire them for it. You can’t get things done in this small business with very limited help if you are on the phone all day. If you leave a message, you might not get a call back but if you go into their shop, you will get first come first served total devotion to your issue for a very reasonable price, lowest in town for sure! Please tip them! They are rare in this day and age of self centered entitled rude customers! Take Tim’s answering machine advice. Stop in the shop. If they aren’t there, know they are buried up to their necks helping people! The people that can’t afford the prices at lock smiths that hire someone to answer the phone all day. When you leave the shop, I guarantee you will be very happy with the money you save showing your patience and forgiveness to two very kind people!!!!!
