Just moved into my new place and stopped by J&L Pacific Locksmith to rekey all my locks to match my new Wi-Fi front door lock. Jeremiah was awesome—super friendly and explained the different lock brands and how to make everything work together. He rekeyed five locks to match my Smart Lock, and everything works great. Brandon was super quick and efficient! Our daughter locked us out of our bedroom door and he was able to come and help us within no time. He was super friendly and respectful. I'm very pleased with my new key for my 2012 Fiat 500. I thought it was nearly impossible but they had keys in stock and did it fast. Very responsive to emails, etc. Great company to deal with. Way better than the dealerships.

Didn't have key for garage and it got locked. Called and within 40 minutes he was at the house, 15 minutes later he had door open and made it to where my new house key fit that door now, and made me 2 new keys for it. Quick, friendly, had no issues.

The process was to easy... I was expecting me having to do more. I inserted my key and was quickly taken through the steps. ended up ordering 4 keys. It was quick, easy and every one worked like the original. Who ever leaves a bad review needs help.. I'm 64, hate technology and shy away from it. This was a quick way I thought and I was in a hurry. Took less time then it would of for me to find someone to cut a key and wait on it. PLUS. these all worked.. taking the human error out of it. And pricing was more than fair.

My key was perfect. It cost more than I expected but I didn't have to make an extra stop at another place so it made it worth it. I used the KeyMe at Winco in Bend, Oregon.

My key got stuck on its way out at a Walmart kiosk. No one at Walmart had a key to open the machine up and get it out. It was my house key and I didn’t feel comfortable just leaving it there…it was Saturday and the phone number on the front just went to voicemail. They wouldn’t be back until Monday. So, a nice man helped me shake the machine and use something to stick it up inside and get my house key out. I was at that point about an hour and a half late to an event. When I wrote the company about this wanting a refund they responded saying they couldn’t issue me one since they was nothing wrong with my key. They didn’t even ask if there was anything wrong with my key!!!! They assumed and guess what!!!! All three keys I purchased don’t work! Do not use this machine! The company customer service is horrible and so is the machine itself.

Had the ignition pins and key in my old CRV wear out leaving me unable to drive my car. The folks at bend lock and safe told me if I could get the car towed there they could fix it. I was out the door with a working ignition and three new sets of keys within the same day. Great work, wonderful people and fair prices! I will definitely be going back here for any other lock problems in the future!
