From the woman who answered the phone to the gentleman who rescued my keys, I had wonderful service. My keys were locked inside my vehicle, so I started at the top of the list calling people. The first call I made, I was told I’d be waiting at least an hour, and then when this other business asked what type of vehicle I drove he said “Its not worth my time and money to try to get into a BMW, I don’t do those.” and hung up. I called The Lock Shop next, was greeted with a bright, sweet voice and they had someone there within 10 minutes. My car was tricky to get into but he didn’t give up and was very kind the entire time. I hope to never need their services again, but after the terrible day I had, and the kindness they showed, I will sing all the praises!

I locked my keys in my truck, and spent hours with some friends trying to get into it and we realized we wouldn’t be able to get in. It was late (around 8), and we called this company and within 10 minutes he was at my location, and got into my car within 15 seconds. He was super helpful and happy to help too, I 100% will be saving his contact info (just in case LOL).

I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised by the options and simplicity to make keys for my home. The operation and accuracy of the kiosk option is great.

I paid for 2 copies of a key and had them machined using the on site machine, there was a promotion for a 3rd key free if I paid for 2, so I ended up with 3. None of them work.
