Chad is an absolute legend! I lost the key to the 2010 Odyssey in a lake. Yes I’m an idiot. Called maybe 6 locksmiths with no luck. The good lord helped me find this place. He was here in 3 hours, Which is incredible since I was deep in the Tetons. He had me a new key made and car programmed in minutes. Could not recommend him

I had a great experience with Chris. I could not find my key for my bike lock, so I brought it into the store to see what they could do. Based on how much work it would require them to create a new key, Chris told me it would be better to get a new lock entirely that has its own key. I really appreciate the honest feedback and the time Chris spent researching keys to make it work. I’ll be using them for my key duplicates for my new lock once I get it.

We discovered that the lock on our store door wasn’t working. Jim answered the call with incredible speed, and after analyzing photos of the problem, arrived on site within an hour and skillfully fixed the issue.

Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he found time for our emergency. He also explained the cause of the malfunction and gave us some helpful advice.

We are very pleased with his professionalism and friendliness.

Wish I had read the reviews first. The only positive things I can say are, they did answer the phone and they did get my house unlocked. But charging $275 to drill a hole through a deadbolt plus an additional service call is not reasonable in any sense of the word.

Lesson learned. I would recommend calling any other locksmith before you call here.
