I was locked out of my office this morning. Called this company and they were the most friendly, professional, and had the most affordable price after getting a few quotes around town. The locksmith they sent was awesome and got me into my office right away. Highly recommend this place to everyone in Cheyenne. 5 Stars!

Jeff was super fast to get out to our house while the Electricians were waiting to get in. I can not express enough on how grateful I am on how fast he worked and a great price! I highly recommend him!!!

Highly recommend calling here instead of any other lockout company. He’s the only one that answered the phone, arrived quick, very friendly and only took him less than 5 minutes to get my truck unlocked. Definitely my go to guy from now on.

Horrible service from roadside assistance, paid online for this corporation to send someone to unlock my truck. No one showed up quickly so I went through a local business and paid 30 dollars less than this company. While on the phone with customer service they refused to give me a refund because their 3rd party locksmith lied and said he completed the job! After arguing over it they stated they would only refund me 40 dollars.

Easy to use. Quick service. Keys work great. Touchscreen was a little hard to follow once process started, but that was me as much as screen. Once I figured it said it was making keys, all I had to do was wait a short while.

This was the best experience we have had with a locksmith. High Desert went above and beyond to help us make keys for our 4 wheelers on a Sunday. So very helpful and kind, would recommend to anyone needing keys.

This machine is junk, should have never been built, what a waste. I literally asked an employee to make me a key and he told me to go to this, never had success ever, whatever I’ll try anyway. WRONG! Failure again! Went back and asked him to make me a key for real this time. I’m done messing around, kid tells me he doesn’t know how. I tell him watch I’ll teach you. Go to Lowes key cutter and I punch in the code and follow the instructions. Kid seemed like he had just seen a ghost. The key machine minute key cutter is a SCAM just hop on Lowes machine and cut one yourself
