Chad is an absolute legend! I lost the key to the 2010 Odyssey in a lake. Yes I’m an idiot. Called maybe 6 locksmiths with no luck. The good lord helped me find this place. He was here in 3 hours, Which is incredible since I was deep in the Tetons. He had me a new key made and car programmed in minutes. Could not recommend him

We discovered that the lock on our store door wasn’t working. Jim answered the call with incredible speed, and after analyzing photos of the problem, arrived on site within an hour and skillfully fixed the issue.

Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he found time for our emergency. He also explained the cause of the malfunction and gave us some helpful advice.

We are very pleased with his professionalism and friendliness.

This was the best experience we have had with a locksmith. High Desert went above and beyond to help us make keys for our 4 wheelers on a Sunday. So very helpful and kind, would recommend to anyone needing keys.

I was able to use a kiosk in the foyer of my local Wal-Mart and With the fact that I was able to just have the keys sent to my house I was able to get keys that my local locksmith told me they couldn’t make so I now have a second set of my most important keys so that I am never without keys that work

Keys worked well. Experience positive except when prompted to buy two keys and get the third key for free. In that case it prompted me to insert another key for copying and then totally ignored that key and just made 3 of my initial key.
Might need a software update or better instructions of which key it is copying. I ended up making and paying for my second key to be copied. That’s fine but correct the free key offer (of a second key). Sorry if this confusing information. My cut keys did work which was my goal.
