We discovered that the lock on our store door wasn’t working. Jim answered the call with incredible speed, and after analyzing photos of the problem, arrived on site within an hour and skillfully fixed the issue.

Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he found time for our emergency. He also explained the cause of the malfunction and gave us some helpful advice.

We are very pleased with his professionalism and friendliness.

I was locked out of my office this morning. Called this company and they were the most friendly, professional, and had the most affordable price after getting a few quotes around town. I had a very frustrating experience with this locksmith. I dropped off my ignition cylinder for rekeying to match my old key. After waiting an hour, I called for an update — he said it was “done” but he had gone home and would call me when he was back at the shop. Another hour went by with no updates, so I had to call him again to finally meet up. Later, when I installed the cylinder, the key didn’t even work and I couldn’t start my car. I called him after 4 hours of waiting, and he said I was next, but he never came over. I waited the whole day, and he never showed.
Super unreliable, and extremely frustrating to deal with. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Dude is an absolute Gem of a human in my opinion. And I don’t see that lightly. It was already amazing that he knew my car was hard to work on. I called several people before him and none of them would even give me the time of day some of them weren’t calling me back and I finally found out it’s because people don’t work on Volkswagens. Is my daughter’s car and she just HAD to have a beetle. I let her borrow my car the other day and she didn’t see that her set of keys was on the roof of my car when she drove off so we lost her keys. So we finally we’re told about Daniel from another company. They told me that he was like the only one that would do VW around here. But yeah so he guaranteed that he would try to fix it and if it didn’t work he wouldn’t even charge me even when I tried to insist at least $20 for gas. He wouldn’t accept. And for me I’m all about being an honorable person and it just really meant a lot to me I had to get on here and give him a five-star review. He’s outside trying to fix it right now. He told me with these cars there’s no guarantee because VW is just very tricky most people won’t work on them anymore I know that firsthand because I called 4 different places before him. Either way I’m grateful for him attempting to try to help us out especially because he’s already had a full day but still me time to come at the end of the day to help me and my family out. Knowing that he might not even earn money. Allied will be the only locksmith we call from now on. Much respect bro!

Bill was amazing! We had a Subaru that lost all it’s keys, and had to get another one cut.
He first told us how exactly to get the master key from the dealer, and then went to cut it for us. Things went a little strange with the key, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to rectify the situation and make it right.
He went out in -22 degrees just to take care of us, and was by far the most honorable experience I’ve ever had.
While I hope to never need his services again, if we do, there is no way I’m going anywhere else.
