We discovered that the lock on our store door wasn’t working. Jim answered the call with incredible speed, and after analyzing photos of the problem, arrived on site within an hour and skillfully fixed the issue.

Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he found time for our emergency. He also explained the cause of the malfunction and gave us some helpful advice.

I tried to make 5 copies today at , Menards in Gillette Wy, of our front door key and not one worked. Tried to put in for a refund online and it said it they were unable to refund It was $23.
