Chad is an absolute legend! I lost the key to the 2010 Odyssey in a lake. Yes I’m an idiot. Called maybe 6 locksmiths with no luck. The good lord helped me find this place. He was here in 3 hours, Which is incredible since I was deep in the Tetons. He had me a new key made and car programmed in minutes. Could not recommend him

We discovered that the lock on our store door wasn’t working. Jim answered the call with incredible speed, and after analyzing photos of the problem, arrived on site within an hour and skillfully fixed the issue.

Despite his incredibly busy schedule, he found time for our emergency. He also explained the cause of the malfunction and gave us some helpful advice.

We are very pleased with his professionalism and friendliness.

This was the best experience we have had with a locksmith. High Desert went above and beyond to help us make keys for our 4 wheelers on a Sunday. So very helpful and kind, would recommend to anyone needing keys.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, such kind people. Cindy and Gary were very good at communicating. My Nissan had problems with a loose wire where they plug in the program, and they came back multiple times trying and was able to get it reprogrammed. And they offered to pay LESS then a dealership, on top of coming to your location and not towing it is a plus! Thank you guys and I will for sure recommend you guys to anyone! What a Gem 💎
I must have gone to half a dozen places before finding this location which could finally make a copy of my truck key. Fast friendly service with reasonable prices. I hope this location sticks around for a long time as I will be a repeat customer.

It was convenient to get a key made while I was shopping. However, the machine is very slow, the price is nearly double what the local locksmith charges and the key needed deburring after the machine was done. Lots of opportunities for improvement.

The advertising says “copies of any keys made”. Actually it only does common key types.

I prefer the locksmith.
