I called up to see if I could get some help changing door hardware and to change the locks on a home and Dan was great. He was responsive, knowledgeable and the work was done quickly and effectively. I would definitely use him again in the future if similar work was needed.

We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

This is the best place to go if you’ve ever locked yourself out of your vehicle. They will come out to you and even cut you new keys if u need them. We needed new keys cut & programmed for our truck and we did some calling around about pricing before committing to a place. Ace Lock was the best choice by far! They charged us almost $200 less for two keys than their competitors were gonna charge for one! Even our Ford dealer was trying to charge $500 for new ones plus make us wait a week to get em. These guys can have it done the same day if they’re not super busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even set up a backup code for us on the vehicle itself in case we got locked out again! I would most definitely recommend this place. They’ve got 5 stars in my book!

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

This was a rip off. The basic house key starts at $5.99 per key. The keys worked but I will go elsewhere next time if I need a key made.I made seven keys because I was already there and needed to copies that day. My total came to almost $40.

I called Harpers Ferry Lock and Key when I accidentally locked my only key in the car outside of a local restaurant. The older gentleman that showed up to help me was very nice and told me I could sit and wait inside while he did his thing since it was very cold outside. The entire process took only about 30 minutes and I was charged $115 which I feel is reasonable.

We lost our keyfob to our car he ordered us a new one and came and programmed it the next night. Super nice guy! The key he ordered wasn’t working as it should. He ordered a new one and came and programmed that one. He kept in contact with us throughout the whole process!! I highly recommend him!!

Hardware store is good. People are helpful inside and seem to know what they’re talking about. Happy to support a local place. However, parts department for Stihl products is miserable. Never answer the phone, don’t call back, forget to order parts. I have paid for small parts I’ve never received and it hasn’t been worth pursuing to correct the error
