Service a little slow but friendly once they acknowledged me. they had an amazing selection of keys. I used them of in home service several years ago but first time in store. Had 4 keys made for uncommon lock and 3 worked easily. Will return to get 4th key remade.

We accidentally locked the keys in our car not only did he take care of us quickly, but he made us another key on the spot and a key fob everything you need at a one stop van. Very efficient very nice. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely be using his services if needed again . Very affordable thank you very much for helping us out of a jam James.

This is the best place to go if you’ve ever locked yourself out of your vehicle. They will come out to you and even cut you new keys if u need them. We needed new keys cut & programmed for our truck and we did some calling around about pricing before committing to a place. Ace Lock was the best choice by far! They charged us almost $200 less for two keys than their competitors were gonna charge for one! Even our Ford dealer was trying to charge $500 for new ones plus make us wait a week to get em. These guys can have it done the same day if they’re not super busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even set up a backup code for us on the vehicle itself in case we got locked out again! I would most definitely recommend this place. They’ve got 5 stars in my book!

We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

I called in a panic as I was locked out of my vehicle. The lady could barely speak or understand English. I was in a different county and she insisted I give her a zip code. I told her the location of the place I was at and explained I wasn’t from there. After explaining over and over and freaking out, she put me on hold and a recording said there was no locksmiths in the area. However, I found one on my own that came right out.

After a all day trying to get a car outta a gas station lot after snapping off the tip, went to one lock smith twice and they couldn’t get it, the local guy didn’t have a blank of the right key, but mr key Charlie did absolutely amazing had us back on the road in no time at all! 1000% recommend

Called them explained vehicle was running with keys locked inside, waited 2 hrs and no one came so I called back only to be told they had to cancel the call and yet they never bothered to call and tell me and they had already charged my credit card! Don’t recommend! Very unprofessional!

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

$5.99 for a plain brass house key. Key works great, no problems there. A key for a Master lock is the same price, and it’s half the size. Was going to check a price for a key fob key, didn’t even wanna know the cost after I saw the price of normal basic keys.

Copied my house keys and was it fast, easy and every key worked perfectly. Yeah this was definitely a huge jump for the key 🔑 industry in the right direction too!! Amazed to see such good reviews. Stopped in there 3 times in the past 2 times to get an extra key cut for 2 of my cars I programed myself ( yes you can do it). Said no with some crazy excuse. Yet HOME DEPOT cut them with no problem and even advertises they cut FOB keys…LMAO. Then one time to have a couple of house keys cut..wich they did but made it sound like they were doing brain surgery..and was really doing me a favor. Hate to rain on your parade but any idiot can cut a key!
