An elderly neighbor was locked out of her home on a 90 degree day. But approximately 15-20 minutes after my initial call, Ave’s locksmith had already popped the door lock and was making extra keys for her. I called Harpers Ferry Lock and Key when I accidentally locked my only key in the car outside of a local restaurant. The older gentleman that showed up to help me was very nice and told me I could sit and wait inside while he did his thing since it was very cold outside. The entire process took only about 30 minutes and I was charged $115 which I feel is reasonable.

I call the store when the guy picked up he was super nice informed me he was unstaff and may be a while before he got back to the store. But he got there by the time he set and I was able to get 2 car keys cut for 95 dollars. Every where else I called wanted 85 for one this place is the best place for all your locksmith needs 10/10 I will be recommending my firends and family if ever needed.

We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

Very easy to use machine and was quick but maybe a little too quick. Copies I made work but rough to use so gotta wiggle a bit to get key to unlock door.

Locksmiths. The good ones are expensive. So when I need a locksmith, I want good work and the price isn’t an issue. I want a professional that knows their stuff.
AND SO the choice was easy for me. I needed a new key fob done for my beloved panel truck. I needed all 4 buttons to work dependably, no easy feat for a vehicle adopted off a car AND a van platform, cobbled together as a marketing afterthought of too many spare parts on hand.
Thompsons met my expectations, the price was fair; he was a nice guy, and I would highly recommend.
