Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

We accidentally locked the keys in our car not only did he take care of us quickly, but he made us another key on the spot and a key fob everything you need at a one stop van. Very efficient very nice. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely be using his services if needed again . Very affordable thank you very much for helping us out of a jam James.

Service a little slow but friendly once they acknowledged me. they had an amazing selection of keys. I used them of in home service several years ago but first time in store. Had 4 keys made for uncommon lock and 3 worked easily. Will return to get 4th key remade.

My daughter contacted me on her Garmin inreach she was stranded with no cell phone service and a flat tire by herself.. I was in Cleveland working. Carrie was extremely nice and reassuring! She told me what vehicle and who to expect so that I can relay it to my daughter so that she would be reassured. Absolutely outstanding service!!
