We accidentally locked the keys in our car not only did he take care of us quickly, but he made us another key on the spot and a key fob everything you need at a one stop van. Very efficient very nice. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely be using his services if needed again . Very affordable thank you very much for helping us out of a jam James.

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

My wife called on a Tuesday. Talked to the store employee, regarding getting another key cut for my car. Well Friday comes along. After driving to Parsons on Friday. The store then tells her to come back Monday and to set up an appointment. We don’t have the people we need to do it. So thanks for wasting our time.
Also a couple months back I called the same place and asked about getting the same thing done. Not one time did they mention setting up an appointment then either.

I called in a panic as I was locked out of my vehicle. The lady could barely speak or understand English. I was in a different county and she insisted I give her a zip code. I told her the location of the place I was at and explained I wasn’t from there. After explaining over and over and freaking out, she put me on hold and a recording said there was no locksmiths in the area. However, I found one on my own that came right out.

Service a little slow but friendly once they acknowledged me. they had an amazing selection of keys. I used them of in home service several years ago but first time in store. Had 4 keys made for uncommon lock and 3 worked easily. Will return to get 4th key remade.

Key was made quickly and works great! The only issue was we chose the paw print design and ended up with the galaxy design. Very pretty just not what we chose

Recent travels to more urban and suburban places in the region had me longing for home, and the wonderful stores we are fortunate to have here in Tucker County. Adkins Home Center is one such store. The place has been here FOR DECADES AND DECADES AND HOPEFULLY WILL BE HERE FOR MANY MORE DECADES TO COME! Apologies for the capital letters, but I wish for this wish to be fulfilled–here is a store where you are greeted and helped, where both “youthful” and more “senior” employees are knowledgeable and friendly. This year, I picked out the new paint color for our house exterior – and Karen did an excellent job of helping me. All the employees are fantastic–witty, funny, but also helpful to those of us like me who may be going on an errand for some hardware that we really don’t know anything about…and we are able to return home with the needed item 🙂 Folks, as the end of year approaches, give your peace of mind a boost and travel to Parsons, West Virginia, with your hardware needs list, your holiday gift list, your miscellany list, and stop in to Adkins Home Center.
