We accidentally locked the keys in our car not only did he take care of us quickly, but he made us another key on the spot and a key fob everything you need at a one stop van. Very efficient very nice. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely be using his services if needed again . Very affordable thank you very much for helping us out of a jam James.

Upon needing a 3rd quality padlock to match our already 2 keyed-alike padlocks (on a high security key blank), I was able to simply drop a copy of my key with my request. That was all that was needed. Tho we were in no rush, our lock was pinned up and waiting for us on our very next trip as we popped back up town! The lock, with new keys, did not cost as much as we expected considering the cylinder and key were both high security and the time at the bench for the tech. Additionally, I was able to get legal documents notarized at the very same visit and that made my stop even more productive. I was able to cross both off my list during the same visit. The counter staff were very friendly and easy to work with and I recommend Ave’s all the time. Thank you for the convenience!

We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

Service a little slow but friendly once they acknowledged me. they had an amazing selection of keys. I used them of in home service several years ago but first time in store. Had 4 keys made for uncommon lock and 3 worked easily. Will return to get 4th key remade.

I called in a panic as I was locked out of my vehicle. The lady could barely speak or understand English. I was in a different county and she insisted I give her a zip code. I told her the location of the place I was at and explained I wasn’t from there. After explaining over and over and freaking out, she put me on hold and a recording said there was no locksmiths in the area. However, I found one on my own that came right out.

If I could leave zero star review I would. I’m a first responder and been waiting for 2 hours on this locksmith to show up to my home. I made an appointment days ago and was told there was no problem they could get in my lock that I needed taking care of no problem and even new all the details beforehand. Now I’ve been waiting for 2 hours between calls on ambulance for this man and no one shows up. Now I call and find out they cannot handle the job with my safe and that they are sorry. Someone could have let me know the day I called that it couldn’t be done and even in the last several days they could have let me know but they wait until after they were already supposed to be here an hour and a half ago to let me know they can’t do it. Definitely do not recommend the shop. People should be a man of their word.

This was a rip off. The basic house key starts at $5.99 per key. The keys worked but I will go elsewhere next time if I need a key made.I made seven keys because I was already there and needed to copies that day. My total came to almost $40.
