From the very first call to the office…all the way through to the end of my service call, Mountain State Locksmith proved to be courteous, professional, knowledgeable and reliable.

The mechanic broke my “one and only” key off in my car’s ignition during a routine repair. I did without my car for almost 3 weeks while we tried to figure out the repair route to take (as using the VIN# to get a key from the dealership was not working).

Once I contacted Mountain State they assured me that their locksmith could complete the extraction of the key and the cutting of another key. He did just that in a timely and professional manner.
