I liked it . How do I send pictures of the proof it did not cut the key it..will not work in our door etc.. this is not acceptable this is in convenience people’s life when they are in a hurry …it didn’t give us the third one for free like it said it was going to. We paid for two and it said it was going to give us a third one for free but it didn’t.. but that’s okay…an I live right down the road from Kroger in Huntington wv how do I get this fixed? We just spent $21 very frustrated

Thank you guys so much for replacing the refund.. and I definitely like the machine it’s pretty cool that’s why I gave you guys five stars I just wish my key would have worked. That was honestly the fastest refund I’ve ever got in my life LOL. But I hope you guys get your machine fixed soon I will still recommended to people cuz I think it’s still pretty cool. Thank you guys so much I just wanted to edit this so people do know that you guys are fast at refunding and replying etc…

If anyone needs to replace your keys, this is the place to go! I had to replace my car key fob, and they were excellent. Price was great and the service was really quick! Super friendly people.

I highly recommend Lockology. We called them to have the locks rekeyed or replaced on our home. Mike did an excellent job. Very knowledgeable, professional and a very nice person. He even noticed our door needed to be adjusted and took care of it without charging anything. Will definitely call him again.

The only fallacy that I had was with the add-on of a 3rd key. I was excited to know that I would get just the right amount of keys that I needed. However, the 3rd key that I needed/wanted was a different one.
I don’t know how Minute Key could allow the customer to switch out to another key, but it would be a great idea.
I even loved that I could choose a type and color of key!
Wonderful!!!!!! 💯✅

One more tidbit: if Google had indicated that Minute Key was located inside Walmart, I could have saved some hassle in traveling because I definitely know where the Walmart location is in Huntington, WV.
