An elderly neighbor was locked out of her home on a 90 degree day. We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

I called Harpers Ferry Lock and Key when I accidentally locked my only key in the car outside of a local restaurant. The older gentleman that showed up to help me was very nice and told me I could sit and wait inside while he did his thing since it was very cold outside. The entire process took only about 30 minutes and I was charged $115 which I feel is reasonable.

Locksmiths. The good ones are expensive. So when I need a locksmith, I want good work and the price isn’t an issue. I want a professional that knows their stuff.
AND SO the choice was easy for me. I needed a new key fob done for my beloved panel truck. I needed all 4 buttons to work dependably, no easy feat for a vehicle adopted off a car AND a van platform, cobbled together as a marketing afterthought of too many spare parts on hand.
Thompsons met my expectations, the price was fair; he was a nice guy, and I would highly recommend.

I call the store when the guy picked up he was super nice informed me he was unstaff and may be a while before he got back to the store. But he got there by the time he set and I was able to get 2 car keys cut for 95 dollars. Every where else I called wanted 85 for one this place is the best place for all your locksmith needs 10/10 I will be recommending my firends and family if ever needed.

I had a unusual key (mailbox) that took a little extra time with them having to physically ship a key to me which got a little delayed due t o the holidays. 2 of the keys worked with a little coaxing but third one didn’t engage the pins well enough that I thought it may damage the lock. Customer Service promptly AND over the weekend refunded the difference. I would not hesitate using their service again especially for more common types of keys as their customer service is really on top of it. Kudos to you at a time when CS has really gone terrible at most companies.
