Came to the house within the hour after just getting the call, more like a half hour and he was there. Very friendly, great service,definitely knows what he’s doing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

Copies worked just fine. I would like a greater selection of keys with DISTINCTIVE tops instead of standard key looking blanks. It sure helps when searching for the right key!
