I lost my car keys and i was working out of state with no way to get home i called all around the area In moundsville and no one followed up except this dude he drove all the way from wheeling to give me a new key very fast and the whole time he kept me updated.. badass locksmith. Accidentally broke my key fob for my car, they had everything needed to get me a new key for my car. Took maybe 20 minutes for them to cut and program the new key. $150 when dealership wanted $300 for the same thing. New key works great, and I’ll be getting the broken key reshelled for $50. Highly recommend these guys!

I called Gary because I couldn’t open my safe. I didn’t know where the battery compartment was and I wasn’t sure if it was corroded. We had our valuable papers in it. I knew the combination and could hear the click after tapping in the combination on the keyboard but it wouldn’t open. Gary told me he would help me by telling me how to open my safe over the phone. Gary was so patient with telling me it’s most likely the batteries are dead. He asked me to take pictures of the safe and send to him. He looked at the pictures I sent and called me back and said there must be a battery located around the keypad. I couldn’t turn the keypad board as he suggested but after that decided to I take another close up picture of that keypad. On that closeup photo I could see a compartment with a push down tab . After pushing that tab down, I was able to pull out the compartment and find the batteries. I immediately replaced the batteries. Voila!! The safe opened easily with new batteries.
I never needed a costly service call, but I was so happy to get Gary’s assistance over the phone!!

Keys worked fine, but were grossly overpriced. $22.00+ for three keys, nothing fancy…and they weren’t even cleaned of the shavings unless you wanted to pay an additional charge per key. Good grief.

The kiosk provided the wrong key when I selected a Steelers key I got a Padres key. The kiosk was also pretty much unusable and the touch screen was unresponsive. $11 ALMOST completely wasted

Easy to use kiosk. Made threes in 8min, unfortunately none of the keys worked. But if they did id be 100% satisfied, which is not the case sadly.

Used the key machine kiosk at Walmart. Machine was easy to use and convenient. The choices were limited, and I didn’t like the idea of paying extra for buffing, which was included on other key machine companies I used previously. I did it myself later, because there were some sharp edges. There were too many screens to go through trying to sell options, so it took longer than needed to start the key making process. But the keys worked fine and the price was reasonable.
I would like to visit your location in Steubenville, since i have an old key that couldn’t be copied at the kiosk.
