We accidentally locked the keys in our car not only did he take care of us quickly, but he made us another key on the spot and a key fob everything you need at a one stop van. Very efficient very nice. I would definitely recommend him and I will definitely be using his services if needed again . Very affordable thank you very much for helping us out of a jam James.

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

I called in a panic as I was locked out of my vehicle. The lady could barely speak or understand English. I was in a different county and she insisted I give her a zip code. I told her the location of the place I was at and explained I wasn’t from there. After explaining over and over and freaking out, she put me on hold and a recording said there was no locksmiths in the area. However, I found one on my own that came right out.

If I could leave zero star review I would. I’m a first responder and been waiting for 2 hours on this locksmith to show up to my home. I made an appointment days ago and was told there was no problem they could get in my lock that I needed taking care of no problem and even new all the details beforehand. Now I’ve been waiting for 2 hours between calls on ambulance for this man and no one shows up. Now I call and find out they cannot handle the job with my safe and that they are sorry. Someone could have let me know the day I called that it couldn’t be done and even in the last several days they could have let me know but they wait until after they were already supposed to be here an hour and a half ago to let me know they can’t do it. Definitely do not recommend the shop. People should be a man of their word.

This was a rip off. The basic house key starts at $5.99 per key. The keys worked but I will go elsewhere next time if I need a key made.I made seven keys because I was already there and needed to copies that day. My total came to almost $40.

Saved me from having a panic attack on the side of the Winterplace mountain. My vehicle got stuck perpendicular as I was trying to back up to park. It Wouldn’t reverse and every effort to turn just kept sliding my truck forward.

I called panicked after a failed effort from my friends trying to push it out. Beverages towing picked up immediately, said to text him photo of the predicament, and he’d figure out what truck to send.

My friends were determined that with enough people they could push it out enough. I texted Beverages to ask his professional opinion- he offered to FaceTime me to walk me through the steps of operating the vehicle while my friends pushed. Gave me very detailed instructions (for free!!! Like, literally so nice!!!) and then texted me to follow up to also help with possible troubleshooting problems. Amazing customer service. Very appreciative of his help even though he didn’t need to send a tow. Based on customer service alone, the rest of the services must be stellar.🤩
