If anyone needs to replace your keys, this is the place to go! I had to replace my car key fob, and they were excellent. Price was great and the service was really quick! Super friendly people.

We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade the exterior door locks to Medeco locks. Joe came out and we came up with a game plan. The locks we wanted had to be custom made by the manufacturer, and it look a number of weeks for that to happen. Joe kept us informed every couple of weeks so we were aware of the approximate delivery date.
This week Joe was able to remove the existing locks and install all 4 of our new deadbolts. He even took time and care to adjust several doors and the deadbolt areas to ensure the door would close and lock properly.
Joe is the best! It’s hard to find caring, professional, knowledgeable people. I highly recommend Russell Security, and will continue to use them for all of our security needs.

It’s to bad that if you order more then one of the same key that there is not a price break before you have to pay and not after you pay. Had I known that’s how you work, I would have ordered one then get the deal on the others. Don’t know if I would use this service again

The locksmith Moe (I hope I spelled it right, so sorry if I didn’t) was a life savior. I got locked out of my apartment, and my building’s office was long closed. I called and he came in literally 10 minutes and unlocked my door in less than 30 seconds. I was so panicked because I left my oven on but Moe was super friendly, extremely quick and efficient, and saved me from having to wait overnight until the office opened again. Copies worked just fine. I would like a greater selection of keys with DISTINCTIVE tops instead of standard key looking blanks. It sure helps when searching for the right key!
