I broke my key some how it’s a flip key IDK if that makes any difference but they were to me within an hour and had the best price around the city it was super fast and easy so in a situation like that it’s great to not have to worry and stress more than necessary!!! Thank you for helping me & my family out not to mention we were stuck in the parking ramp under the main place mall !! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤬💖 ( I have used there service before 3 other times for my Cadillac and they had to bypass the security system and some other 💩 but they have always been very helpful and explain everything to you before you toss the cash out !! Family owned, knowledgeable, competent. Needed a duplicate key for a modern vehicle which had to be cut and programmed. Price of key at most places was $200+ but here it was $160. These keys can be quite TRICKY — but the owner had vast experience, and a can-do attitude (sometimes it takes a number of retries to sync the key to the car’s computer). I would have given 5 Stars except at the end, I realized it wasn’t an original OEM key (lacked logo on the rear)… if they would have told me that up front, I would have still purchased — but wouldn’t have been caught-off-guard. Nonetheless, I tried the key from a good 350+ feet away (in the city) and it had no problem reaching my vehicle. So, though an aftermarket FOB-Key, it seems high quality. I recommend their services, but try and find out what you’ll actually be getting, before you pay.

Fast, friendly, only took 10 minutes to cut 2 Chevy sonic keys. Only paid 40 each programmed and cut with keys I brought in. Very happy. Highly recommend

It’s to bad that if you order more then one of the same key that there is not a price break before you have to pay and not after you pay. Had I known that’s how you work, I would have ordered one then get the deal on the others. Don’t know if I would use this service again

My grandson needed a key replacement for his truck. They came down and made him a new one charged me $241. Three weeks later it was broken. Tried to call them twice. Never did return my call or acknowledge anything so I would highly not recommend them. Because they left us Hanging out to dry

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

Went here to have a key copied. It said they were open but the door was locked. Went next door like the sign on the door said to and finally got some service. The first key they made me did not work. Went back to get it replaced. Before I left I held the original key up next to the copy and noticed the copy was thicker. I brought this to the guys attention and he assured me it was fine. Needless to say it didn’t work. I went back for the third time. The guy got an unprovoked attitude with me. I saw a whole lock assembly hanging on the wall that would have worked on my garage door. I asked him how much for that planning on buying the assembly and just replacing the whole lock. The guy threw the money I had paid for the keys that didn’t work on the counter and just walked away with an even worse attitude. I highly recommend avoiding this place by all means. They turned a simple key copy into three wasted trips and no results.

This was a rip off. The basic house key starts at $5.99 per key. The keys worked but I will go elsewhere next time if I need a key made.I made seven keys because I was already there and needed to copies that day. My total came to almost $40.

Great service (do it yourself key copying). However, it is too expensive and does not offer an easy way to do multiple keys – I had 4 keys to copy and had to start over (email, payment, etc) for each one.
