I had a unusual key (mailbox) that took a little extra time with them having to physically ship a key to me which got a little delayed due t o the holidays. 2 of the keys worked with a little coaxing but third one didn’t engage the pins well enough that I thought it may damage the lock. Customer Service promptly AND over the weekend refunded the difference. I would not hesitate using their service again especially for more common types of keys as their customer service is really on top of it. Kudos to you at a time when CS has really gone terrible at most companies.

Key was cut accurately and quickly. Bought 2 and got an extra one free due to a deal they were running. All of them work. I do wish they had a better selection in the key maker though. Especially for local sports teams

I copied a common door key from the Key Machine in an Kroger in Morgantown, WV, and it costs $12. I am surprised and annoyed. In Morgantown, this should be around 1/2 that price. But I did not have much a choice since I needed it quickly.

I bought my keys at Rural King. Great deal and better pricing than the machine at Lowe’s, just as not as big of a selection of designs.

Locksmiths. The good ones are expensive. So when I need a locksmith, I want good work and the price isn’t an issue. I want a professional that knows their stuff.
AND SO the choice was easy for me. I needed a new key fob done for my beloved panel truck. I needed all 4 buttons to work dependably, no easy feat for a vehicle adopted off a car AND a van platform, cobbled together as a marketing afterthought of too many spare parts on hand.
Thompsons met my expectations, the price was fair; he was a nice guy, and I would highly recommend.
