We accidentally locked the keys in our car not only did he take care of us quickly, but he made us another key on the spot and a key fob everything you need at a one stop van. We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

If I could leave zero star review I would. I’m a first responder and been waiting for 2 hours on this locksmith to show up to my home. I made an appointment days ago and was told there was no problem they could get in my lock that I needed taking care of no problem and even new all the details beforehand. Now I’ve been waiting for 2 hours between calls on ambulance for this man and no one shows up. Now I call and find out they cannot handle the job with my safe and that they are sorry. Someone could have let me know the day I called that it couldn’t be done and even in the last several days they could have let me know but they wait until after they were already supposed to be here an hour and a half ago to let me know they can’t do it. Definitely do not recommend the shop. People should be a man of their word.
