Upon needing a 3rd quality padlock to match our already 2 keyed-alike padlocks (on a high security key blank), I was able to simply drop a copy of my key with my request. That was all that was needed. Tho we were in no rush, our lock was pinned up and waiting for us on our very next trip as we popped back up town! The lock, with new keys, did not cost as much as we expected considering the cylinder and key were both high security and the time at the bench for the tech. Additionally, I was able to get legal documents notarized at the very same visit and that made my stop even more productive. I was able to cross both off my list during the same visit. The counter staff were very friendly and easy to work with and I recommend Ave’s all the time. Thank you for the convenience!

We were so impressed and grateful to Wayne for his quick response time and his skill level. He came to the house to open a 20 year old safe that wouldn’t open with the code. He came the same day and spent over 2 hours drilling, hammering and using a crowbar to break through the cement and steel. It was a Herculean task that he accomplished all while remaining calm and polite. Despite the fact that the safe was empty, we were so thankful for Wayne’s efforts. It was a dirty and exhausting job.

I highly recommend Asaf’s locksmith services. I needed a key and fob replicated for a Chevy Colorado truck and he took his time to do everything right and of course everything works well and as it should. This is the best place to go if you’ve ever locked yourself out of your vehicle. They will come out to you and even cut you new keys if u need them. We needed new keys cut & programmed for our truck and we did some calling around about pricing before committing to a place. Ace Lock was the best choice by far! They charged us almost $200 less for two keys than their competitors were gonna charge for one! Even our Ford dealer was trying to charge $500 for new ones plus make us wait a week to get em. These guys can have it done the same day if they’re not super busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even set up a backup code for us on the vehicle itself in case we got locked out again! I would most definitely recommend this place. They’ve got 5 stars in my book!

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

I called Harpers Ferry Lock and Key when I accidentally locked my only key in the car outside of a local restaurant. The older gentleman that showed up to help me was very nice and told me I could sit and wait inside while he did his thing since it was very cold outside. The entire process took only about 30 minutes and I was charged $115 which I feel is reasonable.

Professional service at a great price. Took them my motorcycle switch with a key broken in it. They removed the broken key and made me two keys for less than 50 bucks and in just two days time they were finished

If I could leave zero star review I would. I’m a first responder and been waiting for 2 hours on this locksmith to show up to my home. I made an appointment days ago and was told there was no problem they could get in my lock that I needed taking care of no problem and even new all the details beforehand. Now I’ve been waiting for 2 hours between calls on ambulance for this man and no one shows up. Now I call and find out they cannot handle the job with my safe and that they are sorry. Someone could have let me know the day I called that it couldn’t be done and even in the last several days they could have let me know but they wait until after they were already supposed to be here an hour and a half ago to let me know they can’t do it. Definitely do not recommend the shop. People should be a man of their word.
