Works great!! I gave this machine a try when I needed some house keys copied. Prices are VERY good. $4 for the first key and another $4 for the second key – but when you buy two they give you a third free. To make it even better when you are checking out they give you an option to add a fourth key for a penny. So in reality I got 4 keys for $ 8.57. You should pay with a credit card.

All the keys I got looked great and worked well.

Came into town for the holiday and we accidentally locked ourselves out of the cabin we rented. The owner did not live nearby and no other key close by. We were leaving the next morning on a Sunday. Called Mountain State Lock and the owner was 100 miles away but said he could stop after and help me out. Price was great and service was great. Definitely saved the day.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Pack and ship regarding FedEx when trying to return a package. I first called with a few simple questions about how the process worked, but the man I spoke with was extremely rude, short, and made me feel like I was bothering him just by asking.

When I arrived on my lunch break to drop off the package (which was very heavy), he stood and watched me struggle to get through the door without offering any help. Once inside, he insisted I move the package from where I set it, instead of assisting in any way.

To make matters worse, when I asked for a tracking number, he told me it would cost one dollar. At first, I thought he was joking, but when I asked if he was serious, he slapped the receipt down on the counter and told me they charge for the paper. His behavior was rude, short, and arrogant from start to finish. The worst part is the tracking number is the same that was printed on my return label. I personally taped to the box. He didn’t have the courtesy to tell me that.

This experience left me frustrated and extremely dissatisfied with the service. A little courtesy, patience, and professionalism goes a long way—unfortunately, none of that was shown here.
