If I could leave zero star review I would. I’m a first responder and been waiting for 2 hours on this locksmith to show up to my home. I made an appointment days ago and was told there was no problem they could get in my lock that I needed taking care of no problem and even new all the details beforehand. Now I’ve been waiting for 2 hours between calls on ambulance for this man and no one shows up. Now I call and find out they cannot handle the job with my safe and that they are sorry. Someone could have let me know the day I called that it couldn’t be done and even in the last several days they could have let me know but they wait until after they were already supposed to be here an hour and a half ago to let me know they can’t do it. Definitely do not recommend the shop. People should be a man of their word.

Made 4 keys, twice at different locations. Fayetteville WV Walmart, and Beckley WV Walmart. Used the same key both times and none of them work.

Came to the house within the hour after just getting the call, more like a half hour and he was there. Very friendly, great service,definitely knows what he’s doing! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!! GREAT PRICE ALSO! Thought the ignition needed replaced in my wifes car but he figured out it was just the original key that was messed up

Minute Key is a great deal and I’ve had no problems with keys not working. I like that you can buy two get one free and then get a fourth for a 1.50 for basic brass keys. Saving a digital copy of your keys and being able to make a copy if you lose it can be a lifesaver. Definitely recommend.
