Fast and easy, now have peace of mind having an extra key. Just a thought, but you should offer a key without the plastic end, like the old valet key that came with a new car back in the day. It’s flat and fits in a wallet. Since I got a free key I went ahead and cut the plastic off for a flat key for my wallet. Overall, very pleased, thank you.

Key works perfectly, easy to make , the machine does it all. One thing that is not great, is that when it comes out of the machine, the key itself where it has been cut is not smooth , it feels rough cut as if the metal fibers are still stuck to the notched part of the key…the machine needs something like a part of the machine where the buyer can put the key in , like a wire brush slot or something that the consumer can use to smooth the key notches off and smooth the jagged places . I will have to use a piece of sandpaper to do this when i get home.

The only fallacy that I had was with the add-on of a 3rd key. I was excited to know that I would get just the right amount of keys that I needed. However, the 3rd key that I needed/wanted was a different one.
I don’t know how Minute Key could allow the customer to switch out to another key, but it would be a great idea.
I even loved that I could choose a type and color of key!
Wonderful!!!!!! 💯✅

One more tidbit: if Google had indicated that Minute Key was located inside Walmart, I could have saved some hassle in traveling because I definitely know where the Walmart location is in Huntington, WV.
