I had 3 keys made in the local kiosk and none of the three keys worked on my door when I got home. I tried calling their 800 number and the recording/automated attendant told me to use the refund request on the website.
I submitted the refund request via the website. I have not received any response to my refund request, not even automated spam email and obviously no refund.
I went to a local hardware store and got keys made that were cheaper and actually worked.
Automated kiosks sound awesome but they have a lot of negatives, buyer beware.
