I bought a used truck in ’20 and only had one FOB. Always quoted really high for a second one by everyone else. TruValue refused to do it because I did not have the original radio unit. JR’s got the job done in 15 minutes for way less cost and it works excellent.

I’m trying to figure out what extra fees are involved. I bought 6 keys and there is a buy two get one free, so I should have paid for 4. Each key was $5.99 and with tax that only comes to $25.28, but I paid $28.95. The invoice does not give details.

Made 3 copies of a key. None of them worked in the lock. Next time I visited the store with the machine I used, it was out of order.

Jake and his team are very prompt and easy to work with. We have over 800 apartments in Madison and he is our go-to-guy for lock related issues, lock-outs, mass duplication, blank keys.

I dropped off 32 garage keys(on a holiday weekend) and requested sets of 10 on a holiday, he had completed the 320 keys the following Monday.

He helped us with our pull handles, we could not find the part to replace and he found it right away for us.

He is very knowledgeable about all things keys and the art of being a locksmith. I highly highly recommend him for any job- big or small.

I have a 2011 Suzuki Kizashi and needed a new Key fob programed, went to 6 different locksmiths and they all couldn’t do it. Called asked a couple questions had me come in and the man had it programmed in less than 15 minutes!!! Thanks so much!!!

Service was very good. For a machine everything worked well and was fast. Only one slight problem. When i tried the new key in the door it didnt work at first. Had to keep retrying the new key. There is a very small notch in the original key that didnt cut very well in the new key. Kept trying the new key it’s starting to work better.
