Contacted affordable locksmith when i could not get my kitchen door to garage to open. It was not an emergency, but they came out the next day I had discussed with Mike replacing the door knob with a keypad system discovered the latch was broken and you need to be replaced. We decided to go with the keypad system. Mike drove out to Menards to get the right one to match my other hardware and installed it and set it up for me . I felt the price I paid was extremely affordable and reasonable. I would recommend Mike plan on using him in the future as well.

I have a sc1 key and they gave me 2 sc19 keys that did not work. Now for $9 I have to take 30m to fill out a form in order to have my money refunded. Not to mention the lost time for those involved with keys that didn’t work.

Keys work fine. My biggest complaint is the selection of keys are very limited. If you want a different style you have to wait for them to come by mail. I called the company and didn’t get a helpful response. Other than the machine is limited in how many different keys it can handle. So I guess it’s back to going to the hardware store.
