Jake and his team are very prompt and easy to work with. We have over 800 apartments in Madison and he is our go-to-guy for lock related issues, lock-outs, mass duplication, blank keys.

I dropped off 32 garage keys(on a holiday weekend) and requested sets of 10 on a holiday, he had completed the 320 keys the following Monday.

He helped us with our pull handles, we could not find the part to replace and he found it right away for us.

He is very knowledgeable about all things keys and the art of being a locksmith. I highly highly recommend him for any job- big or small.

The last time I duplicated a house key the cost was $1.00. That obviously has been awhile. Almost $8.00 for a piece of non metal is a little high. The key works of course but come on…$8.00 for a duplicate house key???
