Jake and his team are very prompt and easy to work with. We have over 800 apartments in Madison and he is our go-to-guy for lock related issues, lock-outs, mass duplication, blank keys.

I dropped off 32 garage keys(on a holiday weekend) and requested sets of 10 on a holiday, he had completed the 320 keys the following Monday.

He helped us with our pull handles, we could not find the part to replace and he found it right away for us.

He is very knowledgeable about all things keys and the art of being a locksmith. I highly highly recommend him for any job- big or small.

I made 3 keys for my new back door but the keys don’t work and I have to go back to the kiosk to figure out how to remedy the issue. The kiosk worked the last time I used it but not yesterday. I got full refund so I’ll try it again.

So nice and so helpful not to mention how reasonably priced it was, I had to give the guy a tip. I bought a nice used door for my garage and wanted to keep the original hardware so I brought him the lock and he re-keyed it while I waited.

Had a Gorell 2002 sliding patio door lock that needed replaced since Gorell was out of business. Took pictures & text them to him . When he arrived found out that it was one he never seen before , I explained to him on the phone about it but he told me he could do it. He ended grinding it down to fit . When my husband tried to hold the lock , we lost it inside the door. He then told us he needed $60 dollars for the trip charge & he could bring another one.The job wasn’t done but he was going to come back. When he was ready to leave his vehicle didn’t start & asked for a jump start but it wasn’t the battery. I felt sorry for the guy & had my husband give him a ride home about 20 minutes away. We decided after a call from him asking if we had a magnet to try & get the lock out that had drop that we didn’t want to have him complete the job. He didn’t have all the tools or said he couldn’t find his tools .
