My results were good. I was confused with the GUI for a brief moment. I wasn’t sure if I should remove the key when it suggested. I first thought my purchase wasn’t accepted and it was starting over. I swiped my credit card twice thinking I need to.

So nice and so helpful not to mention how reasonably priced it was, I had to give the guy a tip. I bought a nice used door for my garage and wanted to keep the original hardware so I brought him the lock and he re-keyed it while I waited.

I noticed a KeyMe kiosk as I was leaving a local store which reminded me that I needed an additional house key for my sister.

I wasn’t sure if it would work since I installed Schlage Commercial 6-pin locks on my house. To my delight, the kiosk quickly copied my key, and even offered to save my key-code for future use! I got home and tried my new key – it worked perfectly!

What a great experience. Called at 9 and arrange a meeting spot. Keys were cut and programmed in less than 30 minutes. Great communication, customer service and did a great job cutting new car keys and programmed. Thank you!!

If you need a key or locksmithing services in the Madison area, THIS IS THE GUY YOU SHOULD CALL. I filled out 5 forms requesting a callback on various Madison locksmiths’ sites. Only Ron replied. Not only that, but he replied only a few hours later. Once we were in touch, he answered all my questions quickly and clearly. We set up a mobile appointment and THAT SAME DAY I was able to get my lost electronic car key replaced. Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the look and feel of my new key. One of the best service experiences I have ever had.

We ordered a key from KeyMe to replace an auto key… first time a locksmith came out they said the key we ordered was still on backorder and they couldn’t tell us when it would come…This was in the middle of August. After contact customer service several times over the next 3 months, it took until November 7th for KeyMe to say they are now cancelling the order because the locksmith can’t fulfil the request. Awful customer service, constantly being given the run around, no honest or straight answers given.

Billy came out to see us to help my dad retrieve his key from inside of his car. Billy was incredibly responsive via phone, checking in with me between appointments.
