So nice and so helpful not to mention how reasonably priced it was, I had to give the guy a tip. I bought a nice used door for my garage and wanted to keep the original hardware so I brought him the lock and he re-keyed it while I waited.

I cannot say enough good about this business and the service they provided. They didn’t just cut a new key to replace a lost fob, the owner explained extensively the process- helped us understand the code we were purchasing and how it would be beneficial to have in the future and made sure if we had to repeat the process- we were set up for success. Price was the best around, the service was just incredible.
I’m so glad to have a reliable locally owned business like this in our area.

Billy came out to see us to help my dad retrieve his key from inside of his car. Billy was incredibly responsive via phone, checking in with me between appointments. If you need a key or locksmithing services in the Madison area, THIS IS THE GUY YOU SHOULD CALL. I filled out 5 forms requesting a callback on various Madison locksmiths’ sites. Only Ron replied. Not only that, but he replied only a few hours later. Once we were in touch, he answered all my questions quickly and clearly. We set up a mobile appointment and THAT SAME DAY I was able to get my lost electronic car key replaced. Ron was very knowledgeable and helpful. I am completely satisfied with the look and feel of my new key. One of the best service experiences I have ever had.

This is the best locksmith in town! They really care about their customers and treat them like family. I didnt have enough money and it was an emergency to change my locks and Troy came through when it really mattered and let me pay him back when I could manage it. It was more important to him that my daughter and I were safe than getting paid for it.

Troy cared about our lives more than he did about the money…

This locksmith has heart and I would highly recommend to anyone! Very trustworthy and values their customers!
