Al came out & fixed a 3 point locking system door that another company previously told us was unable to be fixed. He was on time, polite & honest. His rates are very reasonable and upfront. Will be using his services in the future & recommending him to anyone I can. Thanks Al.

Jake and his team are very prompt and easy to work with. We have over 800 apartments in Madison and he is our go-to-guy for lock related issues, lock-outs, mass duplication, blank keys.

I dropped off 32 garage keys(on a holiday weekend) and requested sets of 10 on a holiday, he had completed the 320 keys the following Monday.

He helped us with our pull handles, we could not find the part to replace and he found it right away for us.

He is very knowledgeable about all things keys and the art of being a locksmith. I highly highly recommend him for any job- big or small.

Works well, good quality. It would be nice, when you have multiple keys to copy, if you could do them all in one transaction rather than a separate transaction for each key.
