I highly recommend Nathan. I lost my only key for my Acura MDX. He ended coming to my house three separate times to cut a new key and program the key fob. He had to make several phone calls to a fellow locksmith to figure out the code to get the fob programmed. He is way more reasonable than the dealership and great customer service! Can’t get these guys to communicate on the phone or by email for weeks now.

Maybe my single key cut isn’t big or profitable enough for them, but they should consider that they don’t know how many vehicles I truly own or how much service I may need in the immediate future.

I would give zero stars if I could. Called and said “I’m hoping to get an estimate” and he snapped at me and said yeah I know you’re calling for a house what do you want an estimate on? When the website clearly says call for an estimate. Crazy rude old man
