I love this service. First of all, I’ve come to the kiosk at least a dozen times, and the keys always work perfectly. Second, I appreciate the option to save a digital copy of my keys. It’s a relief to know that even if I lose my keys, they’ve got my back. Lastly, though I would be more than satisfied if these were the only benefits that KeyMe offered, they take it a step further by also providing a link to get a refund along with your receipt, just in case something isn’t to your liking. Again, I’ve never had a single issue with my keys not being cut right, or even needing to be worn in a little bit like I usually did when I used to have them cut at the hardware store, but It says a lot about what type of company they are. We live in an age of AI customer service centers, hidden Contact links and Refund Forms… I’m taking the time to write this review because It makes me happy to see that people are still out there doing it the right way. Thanks!
