I lost my ignition key to my trailblazer. I called Chris on a Sunday evening and he answered his phone . He was able to make me a new key before noon on the following Monday. His communication was good. He went to where my truck was to ensure the key worked. If anyone is seeking this type of service be prepared to have your title or registration, drivers license and a picture of your rear plate. Thanks Chris for a job well done.

Wonderfully nice person! Quick to get here and quick to unlock. He overheard the boys say they were heading to go snowboarding at Chestnut so he charged less on the service so they could get a snack. I pushed back on that wanting to pay the full price and he insisted. Pretty impressive!

I called and made an appointment with Phillip and I got there at 9:30 and left 15 minutes latter and I didn’t even ask for him to pair the keys to my car but he did and was really nice about the whole appointment even changing the batteries in the fob! The fact that i have two keys almost identical to each other and the machine could only copy one of them in house was a disappointment and makes me less inclined to use the kiosk again. The plain jane standard brass keys are over priced for what they are considering the experience was lacking convenience as i was only able to copy one key and not the other. The price for a single plain key is fine if kiosk was able to copy both. Experience ended up being a waste of time because i still need a key copied and i am not willing to wait for one in the mail. The key in the left of the photo would not copy in house, the key in the right of the photo would. The quality of the cut on the new key isnt anything to boast about.

Kiosk in the local Menards building supply. I’ve used it before and it is quick and easy to make spare house keys. Have not tried the other services.

Jake and his team are very prompt and easy to work with. We have over 800 apartments in Madison and he is our go-to-guy for lock related issues, lock-outs, mass duplication, blank keys.

I dropped off 32 garage keys(on a holiday weekend) and requested sets of 10 on a holiday, he had completed the 320 keys the following Monday.

He helped us with our pull handles, we could not find the part to replace and he found it right away for us.

He is very knowledgeable about all things keys and the art of being a locksmith. I highly highly recommend him for any job- big or small.

Last time I use you. Yours costs are extreme and hate that you nickel and dime with add-ons such as pay to brush the teeth after purchase. Our local Ace only charges $2.99 for a key with the brushing.

Wonderful customer service and the locksmith loved my dogs. I have a historic home and the dead bolts and levers they helped me pick out look really nice. I felt safe having them in my home and I love the quality of the door handles and dead bolts. The doors need a lot of refinishing and didn’t fit right, they took into account one of my doors was over 100 years old and after its refinished, it will look entirely original!
