Johnny’s service was amazing! He picked up in the middle of a call and let me know that he could get to me in about 20 minutes. He arrived much earlier than I expected, and was able to retrieve my keys from inside of my truck! 10/10 will call Johnny when i inevitably lock my keys in my truck again!

This is either a scam or the most idiotic customer service I have experienced. My house got locked and after calling them a locksmith was supposed to come in 2 hours. I called after 2 hours and the guy said “ oh, I’ll be there in 1 hour” I called the operator again after the hour passed and he said” oh , so sorry, I’ll find out what happened and I’ll call you back. 4 hours later still nothing happens and no one is here . This was absolutely the shittiest experience that I have had in a long time. Nothing can get me back the 4 hours I waited in the cold with no result for this bs service

not sure how good this locksmith is because it was an hour and a half before our call was returned. my neighbor was locked out of her house in freezing temps. i assumed we were never going to get a call back. i used a hammer and screwdriver and destroyed her existing doorknob then replaced the knob myself for a net $25 at ace hardware

I highly recommend Nathan. I lost my only key for my Acura MDX. He ended coming to my house three separate times to cut a new key and program the key fob. He had to make several phone calls to a fellow locksmith to figure out the code to get the fob programmed. He is way more reasonable than the dealership and great customer service! Thanks again Nathan!

I would give zero stars if I could. Called and said “I’m hoping to get an estimate” and he snapped at me and said yeah I know you’re calling for a house what do you want an estimate on? When the website clearly says call for an estimate. Crazy rude old man
