Scam company. They go by key me and 24 hour locksmith service, locksmith now, but it’s one guy holding multiple puppets. Don’t be fooled. They tricked my partner into paying 376 dollars to jimmy our locked garage door. Guy couldn’t pick the lock and had to use a screwdriver to jimmy it open and bend the lock jam, and then bend it back. Charged an emergency fee even though we never said it was and they never asked. After he was finished she saw the charge, that was texted to her and essentially pressured into paying while guy sat out in the cold. Despicable people.

They gave me and honest and reasonable price for the work he has done for me.. 10 out of 10 I will recommend this company for various jobs that they can offer. The company has never let me down with the multiple times I have used them for different jobs and they stand on their guarantee.. they fix other company’s mistakes and explain to you what they did wrong and tell/show you what is better and more times than not cheaper than the other company. And I put i spent $200+ but that not per job! I put that in there because they are very reasonable with prices!!!

Johnny’s service was amazing! He picked up in the middle of a call and let me know that he could get to me in about 20 minutes. He arrived much earlier than I expected, and was able to retrieve my keys from inside of my truck! 10/10 will call Johnny when i inevitably lock my keys in my truck again!

Jeff returned my call promptly. Showed up on time as promised. Completed work with care. Re-Keyed door locks. Installed and helped program Smart Door Lock. I would recommend him. If you are concerned about pricing, ask for quote up front. I feel the charges were fair.

Received same day service! Replaced locks on front and garage doors, total of 3 locks. Sent pictures of locks that were over 25 years old. Anthony was very kind and helpful explaining what was recommended, and worked me in due to “peace of mind” with an upcoming medical procedure for the next day. Josh arrived a couple of hours later, replaced the locks, was very kind and thorough. Great work! And definitely have peace of mind! Will be using them for future needs, no doubt! Pricing was very reasonable and appreciated the follow up by Anthony afterwards!

Jake and his team are very prompt and easy to work with. We have over 800 apartments in Madison and he is our go-to-guy for lock related issues, lock-outs, mass duplication, blank keys.

I dropped off 32 garage keys(on a holiday weekend) and requested sets of 10 on a holiday, he had completed the 320 keys the following Monday.

He helped us with our pull handles, we could not find the part to replace and he found it right away for us.

He is very knowledgeable about all things keys and the art of being a locksmith. I highly highly recommend him for any job- big or small.

I went to Ace Hardware and Fleet Farm to get a key rekeyed and each time the copy did not work. KeyMe Locksmiths portable key rekeying machine saved the day by making a copy of my key that actually works.
