I had a wonderful experience with Jason Womack at CarKey Connect. He came out to my home in Tacoma, WA to cut a spare key and pair a new key fob, and the whole process was refreshingly straightforward. Jason was upfront about costs—very reasonable—and his quick, friendly approach put me at ease from the start. Absolutely fantastic experience. I lost my only motorcycle key and was dreading the idea of replacing the tank and ignition or drilling everything out. This small business saved me. Wiley and his wife were incredible from start to finish. Genuinely the best customer service I’ve had anywhere. Wiley cut my new key perfectly and even stayed late just to make sure it worked. His wife was just as great on the phone, super friendly and always keeping me updated. Just an amazing team. I’ve already recommended them to friends, and they’ll be my go‑to locksmith from here on out.

I called to inquire about getting a generator key copied. As I started to explain the reason for my call, the representative cut me off, explained they do not copy keys for generators and that I would need to call another company then hung up without allowing me a chance to reply or ask additional questions. Rude customer service!

I accidentally locked myself out of my car and called Half Price Unlocks for help. Ellis arrived quickly, was professional, and got my car unlocked without any damage. Friendly, expedient, and great pricing!
I recently locked myself out of my car and needed roadside assistance. Called AAA and for 2 days they couldn’t find anyone to come on to the island. These guys showed up in 15 minutes. Very reasonable pricing for the service. Highly recommend if you are in a bind. Thanks guys!!

Came right away to fix a door that was locked without a key. They would have done it on the cheap but i opted for a nicer handle with a key that matched my front door so no more lost keys! Left me better than they found me and no pressure to upgrade, it just happened to be best for me. Buy local services, it’s always worth it. This guy grew up here and has even serviced my house before with the previous owner many years ago.

So far so good. I ordered spare keys for our Honda and Corolla. The Honda key works great. TBD on the Corolla and will know by next week. Key price is high compared to Ace Hardware for sure. Unfortunately Ace was unable to get the Honda blank key to work.
For reasons I have no idea why. I’d give 5 stars except high cost.
