the nicest and most knowledgeable lock smith ive ever encountered. i felt so comfortable and relieved when they arrived and absolutely saved my day helping me get back into my locked motor home! it was midnight and they still drove so far to help me. the rate they charged was so reasonable. 10/10 will use again!!

I accidentally locked myself out of my car and called Half Price Unlocks for help. Ellis arrived quickly, was professional, and got my car unlocked without any damage. The whole process was fast, stress-free, and reasonably priced. Ellis was friendly, knowledgeable, and made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with.

The technician came out to the property quick and was very nice and easy to talk to. That’s where the service ends. We asked for “flat black smart locks” and he brought a bronze latch and a flat black key pad. He installed them both and then tried to tell me that kwikset doesn’t sell matching colors somehow. A quick google search proved that to be false and also the box to the latch literally was labeled bronze!!!! I got him to install a flat black latch that I just had laying around instead. He then started rushing and installed everything all crooked. I pointed it out and he fixed that too. Then when he was done making them straight the lock was difficult to, well, lock ! He never even tested the “smart locks” and guess what….they don’t work.
He also left a mess of screws and the boxes all over ….I would not do any business with them ever again.

Excellent is what I rate this business and definitely the employee that goes by the name Jr.
Junior was not only very professional but a joy to speak with. My grandson was in need of replacing his entire key fob for his 1st car.
Even though the car is over 10 years old, it tends to price very high everywhere. However puget sound Locksmith has very good prices.And with service like Jr. gives I highly recommend using them.
Right off the highway easy on and off by bremington Naval base as well.

I copied 2 keys one doesn’t even work and the other one barely turns the lock trying to get a different key as a refund I dont want the money just the key and they want an order number which the kiosk didn’t give me so guess im stuck. Or the lock is 😄

process is streamlined, a bit pricey, almost hitting the double digit per copy, takes a couple of minutes to do, less than 5 minutes per key, but the machine could not scan the key properly and gave me keys with almost no cuts and jagged at that, something else to note I chose the premium option when getting the copy

Great experience. I had a fire proof safe that I lost the key to and he got it open quickly for a good price. The place is a little hard to find, but when I called the owner guided me there so I had no issues.
