Best service ever!! One of the nicest store owners I have ever met. Did me a solid making a new key for my new car and even made a spare one that would unlock it, but without the chip incase I needed to get into it. If you need any locksmith service, you won’t find a nicer person that cares about service and the customer than here.

I had an issue with my door lock and contacted Artisan Locksmith. I was extremely satisfied with their service. They arrived quickly, fixed the problem efficiently, and did a very clean job. Highly recommended! They charged less than I was quoted at other shops (I ended up getting 2 extras made because it was so affordable), were very fast and attentive, answered my questions, and did a great job copying my van key.

Patrick, the locksmith, was awesome. He explained how programming the keys works and made sure that everything was squared away, and was overall just super helpful. I was really impressed with the quality of service and how knowledgeable he was. The woman I spoke to on the phone when I called in was also very friendly and helpful.

Overall just a great experience, these guys will be my go-to locksmith for now on.

Absolute racket- well over 500$ for 2 minutes of work to unlock a door. Method used was two air pumps and a screwdriver. This should’ve been 99$.

I thought it overpriced for a simple house key copy. Ill have to get back to you to see if it works ok. The machine was fairly easy to use. Just follow the instructions. Which were clear and concise.

Mr. Kim was incredible with replacing our mailbox lock. We had just bought a house and did not receive the mail key. So I called Everegreen Lock and Key and Mr. Kim put me right on the schedule! He came on time and wasted no time in working his magic! The price was affordable and he was very respectful and friendly!

I called Eric about a key program for an older car. He quoted me over the phone and beat the snout out of the dealership. I took it to him because I could tell over the phone that Eric had first hand experience and I was not dealing with an answering or 3rd party service.
Eric did exactly what he said and the price was the same as well. Hard to find service like this these days. I liked it so much I’m sending my son in today to get a back up key fob programmed as well.

I was absolutely shocked at my experience with this locksmith. Initially, the service was quoted at $185 over the phone, which was somewhat reasonable. However, upon the locksmith’s arrival, I was taken aback by his abrupt and unprofessional demeanor.

He was accusatory and confrontational, questioning my residency at my apartment complex and suggested I was under the influence, which was both insulting and unprofessional. The situation quickly escalated, with the locksmith threatening to involve law enforcement if I didn’t pay him. I was shocked and intimidated by his behavior, which was not only unprofessional but also downright hostile. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I don’t understand who would hire such a person to represent their company.

The locksmith then proceeded to increase the initial quote, informing me that the new cost of service would be $250, with an additional cost in taxes, bringing the total to $315. He didn’t have change so he took the extra $5 making it $320. And to top it all off, he then proceeded to tell me “you know I also take tips”. Absolutely baffling. I felt utterly scammed and taken advantage of.

I would strongly advise against using this locksmith’s services. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic human decency makes them unreliable and untrustworthy.

Hello,

I made a key and a duplicate through your service, but I am very dissatisfied with the result. When I compared the new keys to my original key, I immediately noticed that the design and the side cuts did not match the original. I tried making the key again, but the result was exactly the same.

When I tested the keys at my door, I noticed that they would not even properly enter the lock because they were cut incorrectly. I do not understand why the scanner worked so inaccurately.

After that, I tried making another key at a different store, Fred Meyer. This key worked better, but there is still a problem: if I insert the key all the way in, as it should normally fit, the lock will not open. I have to pull the key back about 4 millimeters for it to work properly.

Because of this, my review is very negative. I lost a lot of time, and the result did not meet my expectations at all. I would like the keys to be made accurately according to the scan and the original measurements. It feels like the copied keys were made slightly larger than the original.
