My finances 2011 VW Jetta had an issue with its ignition switch assembly. I replaced the assembly but was still having issues with the immobilizer. Yakima Lock & Safe worked with me, letting me know what I could do and cost options. Ultimately ended up dragging the car down on a tow strap to their business and they got me taken care of. Really appreciate the communication and quick work. I now have two working fobs and two keys to open up the doors. Will be coming back for anything lock related. Just needed a copy of 1 key so it was a good price (I got the brass key iirc), better than I was expecting as someone unfamiliar with key copying services. Used the machine at WinCo. It copied the key *almost* exact, one obvious little dip where it shouldn’t be. Despite this, it weirdly enough opens the lock smoother than the original.
