Best service ever!! One of the nicest store owners I have ever met. Did me a solid making a new key for my new car and even made a spare one that would unlock it, but without the chip incase I needed to get into it. If you need any locksmith service, you won’t find a nicer person that cares about service and the customer than here.

Welp, ordered 3 keys and only 2 were cut ☹️. Pretty disappointed, paid for them all too. Have to no way to fix on the spot- have to send a message and wait to get a response. Bummer

Hello,

I made a key and a duplicate through your service, but I am very dissatisfied with the result. When I compared the new keys to my original key, I immediately noticed that the design and the side cuts did not match the original. I tried making the key again, but the result was exactly the same.

When I tested the keys at my door, I noticed that they would not even properly enter the lock because they were cut incorrectly. I do not understand why the scanner worked so inaccurately.

After that, I tried making another key at a different store, Fred Meyer. This key worked better, but there is still a problem: if I insert the key all the way in, as it should normally fit, the lock will not open. I have to pull the key back about 4 millimeters for it to work properly.

Because of this, my review is very negative. I lost a lot of time, and the result did not meet my expectations at all. I would like the keys to be made accurately according to the scan and the original measurements. It feels like the copied keys were made slightly larger than the original.

I was absolutely shocked at my experience with this locksmith. Initially, the service was quoted at $185 over the phone, which was somewhat reasonable. However, upon the locksmith’s arrival, I was taken aback by his abrupt and unprofessional demeanor.

He was accusatory and confrontational, questioning my residency at my apartment complex and suggested I was under the influence, which was both insulting and unprofessional. The situation quickly escalated, with the locksmith threatening to involve law enforcement if I didn’t pay him. I was shocked and intimidated by his behavior, which was not only unprofessional but also downright hostile. He was extremely unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I don’t understand who would hire such a person to represent their company.

The locksmith then proceeded to increase the initial quote, informing me that the new cost of service would be $250, with an additional cost in taxes, bringing the total to $315. He didn’t have change so he took the extra $5 making it $320. And to top it all off, he then proceeded to tell me “you know I also take tips”. Absolutely baffling. I felt utterly scammed and taken advantage of.

I would strongly advise against using this locksmith’s services. Their lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic human decency makes them unreliable and untrustworthy.

Absolute racket- well over 500$ for 2 minutes of work to unlock a door. Method used was two air pumps and a screwdriver. This should’ve been 99$.

I made 4 Keys. I Paid for the additional cost. My keys came out completely shaved down. No grooves. Didn’t know where get my refund. Went to Home Depot and got Keys made. Didn’t know what to do for a refund. Total Hassle. I even set up an account. Complete disappointment, especially after paying extra.

Used at Lowes Mill Creek Price needs to be displayed before I go through menus, etc.

You offer get a second key free, but the “trick” is that it is buy two get one free – that needs to be made clear. You almost tricked me into buying two by changing the quantity to two and charging as such.

Frustrating that the card reader does not take the Lowes credit card apparently. And who has exact change in a state that has sales tax? Luckily I had another card (normally for other purposes) and could complete the transaction, but the whole thing took too long and was frustrating. Key works – I guess that’s what counts. I will go to a locksmith or hardware store with a real person next time.

I was quoted 29 dollars to respond. It required a wire to through the window to pop the lock. Not even 3 min. He charged me 289 dollars. I only had 20064 and he settled for the. He did not ask for ID. He had no idea if that was my car or not.
